More and more people are choosing to holiday in the UK with their beloved dogs and in turn there are a growing number of holiday accommodations now accepting dogs in their premises. This is great as we can now enjoy the countryside with our furry friends who will benefit from the long walks, new places to sniff out and streams to splash about in, not to mention all that fresh air!
Tails & Trails of Ashbourne is based in ‘The gateway to the Peak District’, where there are lots of places to take your dogs such as the Tissington Trail, Osmaston Park and Dovedale. There are also places that are not to be missed where dogs are not allowed. Maybe you would like a mooch around Chatsworth House or Haddon Hall, or even a day of thrills at Alton Towers. How about a nice meal in a local restaurant or a few cocktails in a wine bar in the evening?
Tails & Trails of Ashbourne have come up with packages to suit whatever you decide. Based in your pet friendly holiday accommodation, we will look after your pets until you return so you can enjoy your day without the worry of leaving your dog alone (which isn’t allowed in most accommodations).

The Daytrip Delight
Dog sitting with a 1 hour walk included. Enjoy a day out between 8am and 6pm, while we take care of your beloved pet, keep them hydrated, play with them and take them on a walk round the local area.

The Evening Entertainer
Dog sitting with a half hour walk included. Relax for the evening between the hours of 5pm and 11pm, at a fancy restaurant or soak in the atmosphere of one of the local bars while we look after your doggo, ensuring they are kept entertained, hydrated and fed.
